Bookings
A booking is confirmed once we have agreed the tour, date and price with you in writing. Package inclusions are confirmed at the time of booking.
Payment
Payment terms, deposits and accepted methods are shared with your quote. Park entrance fees are set by the reserves and may change.
Cancellations
Please tell us as early as possible if your plans change. Cancellation fees, if any, are explained when you book. We may reschedule or cancel tours because of weather, safety or park closures and will offer a new date or refund.
Wildlife and conditions
Wildlife sightings cannot be guaranteed. Boat cruises, outdoor activities and island access depend on weather and operator rules.
Safety
Guests must follow the instructions of guides, skippers and reserve staff. Remain in the vehicle unless told otherwise.
Liability
We take reasonable care on every trip. Guests are encouraged to carry suitable travel insurance.
